Silver Membership

Silver Membership - all the benefits of the Classic Membership plus unlimited free access to the State Bar's Online Classroom, including fully accredited video versions of all of TexasBarCLE's courses and live webcasts-all available at your desktop 24/7, pause-able, replay-able, with full download privileges to mobile devices. Silver Membership will be $395 per year. If you are presently getting all your required 30 hours from the Online Classroom and webcasts, you will save more than $800. You will select from 1,500 hours of the best CLE available developed by Texas lawyers for Texas lawyers, targeted to your practice. There will be no travel, lodging, food, and parking costs. Using the download feature, you will take your CLE when and where you want to-in your office, at home, in a car, in a plane, on the treadmill. NOTE: While your Online Library subscription may be accessed immediately upon enrollment or renewal, the Online Classes are ONLY available January 1st through December 31st - the calendar year.

1. You must be a member in good standing of the State Bar of Texas.
2. For your initial membership year, you must have accumulated at least 80 hours of accredited CLE within a three calendar-year period, or at least 45 hours in the current calendar year.
3. At least three hours must be approved for legal ethics or professional responsibility credit.
4. Up to 15 hours of the 80-hour requirement, or 5 hours of the 45-hour requirement, may be met by claiming self-study, rather than by going to classes.
5. Membership is established and maintained on a calendar year basis. Subsequent years of membership require at least 30 hours of CLE, at least three of which must be in legal ethics or professional responsibility.
